The hotel unfortunately fell short in some aspects, especially with small windowless rooms that were warm. However, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was great, near public transport and in a pleasant part of the city. The dining experience, while varied, was a bit crowded. The facilities overall were satisfactory, though improvements could be made.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very convenient for exploring the city on foot, close to public transportation, and surrounded by attractions and dining options. The rooms offer a mix of modernity and age, some spacious and well-equipped, with great views, while others may have a lingering smell issue. The service is overall pleasant and professional, though there might be extra charges added unexpectedly. The dining selection is varied but might not meet all dietary needs. The hotel facilities are satisfactory, offering necessary services for a comfortable stay.

The service was friendly and professional but showed little support. The location was very good, in a nice area within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was well assorted with various dietary options but not well organized. The hotel facilities were basic.
