Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel unfortunately fell short in some aspects, especially with small windowless rooms that were warm. However, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was great, near public transport and in a pleasant part of the city. The dining experience, while varied, was a bit crowded. The facilities overall were satisfactory, though improvements could be made.
The hotel has a fantastic location, very convenient for exploring the city on foot, close to public transportation, and surrounded by attractions and dining options. The rooms offer a mix of modernity and age, some spacious and well-equipped, with great views, while others may have a lingering smell issue. The service is overall pleasant and professional, though there might be extra charges added unexpectedly. The dining selection is varied but might not meet all dietary needs. The hotel facilities are satisfactory, offering necessary services for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, despite being small, was comfortable, and I appreciated the luxurious Face Stockholm toiletries and the helpful Stockholm guidebook. However, the noise from the bar above was a bit disturbing. The service was friendly and responsive, but it felt like a glass of wine was a bit much to ask in a 4-star hotel. The location was excellent for exploring Stockholm, although the staff's knowledge was inconsistent. The dining experience was okay, though the breakfast was a bit boring. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel surprised me with a larger room than expected overlooking Humlegarden, which was comfortable. I enjoyed the Face Stockholm toiletries provided and the helpful illustrated Stockholm guidebook. However, the heating system was somewhat challenging to control. The service was top-notch, reflecting genuine kindness and professionalism. The location turned out to be perfect, close to the bustling nightlife, yet peaceful with convenient access to public transport and local attractions. Dining options were varied, including gluten-free and lactose-free choices, though the restaurant closed earlier on weekends. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
The hotel was cheaper than a regular one but lacked personality and comfort. We stayed in a room with a very small sofa bed and were disturbed by the loud noise of the nightclub as well as the mufflers of the fast cars and motorcycles driving the main street late at night. The service was friendly and professional but showed little support. The location was very good, in a nice area within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was well assorted with various dietary options but not well organized. The hotel facilities were basic.
